Luke Roussel

Before joining the carpentry and joinery business Luke worked for 2 years for Cygnus Marine boat builders where he gained City and Guilds levels 1,2 and 3 in boat building and G.R.P. (glass reinforced plastic). Luke then went on to work for Devoran Joinery where he gained a Modern Apprenticeship NVQ levels 1,2 and 3 in Carpentry and Joinery. He worked at Devoran for a further 6 years before setting up Roussel and Moore with co-owner Thomas Moore.

Thomas Moore

Tom joined the carpentry / joinery business straight from school. He joined Devoran Joinery in 1997 and completed a Modern Apprenticeship NVQ levels 1,2 and 3 in Carpentry and Joinery. Tom then worked at Devoran for a further 10 years with him becoming a team leader for the last 2 years. Luke and Tom then went on to set up Roussel and Moore in August 2007.

After 6 successful months running the business Luke and Tom employed an experienced joiner, Shaun Chegwidden. Shaun has also completed a Modern Apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery up to level 3. He has worked for 2 of Cornwall's leading joinery firms, E Thomas Construction and Devoran Joinery and is also an experienced site worker.
